Magnolia Court (T&S Realty) Ground Breaking – Mahoning Township

A Groundbreaking ceremony was held by developers Todd and Steve Keyser of T&S Realty for Magnolia Court attended by representatives of the Township’s Board of Supervisors, County Commissioners and State Senator Gordner. The 139-unit complex on Bloom Road is expected to have 2 of the 5 buildings up by spring, with the entire $16 million project completed in two years.
